roots penetrate 25 to 30 feet underground.

Has a milky sap.
Is across most of the northern United States, it chokes out other native plants.
Came to Mass. in 1800 and spread to north Dakota in 80 years.
The milky latex
can be t
oxic to some sensitive people and animals causing the skin to ulcer.
The leafy spurge is the most invasive weeds in LaPorte.
In 1998 the leafy spurge over run this land . With control in 2004 this land was brought back to original range land.
